Using Utopia, Moditar delivered a clean, two-way sync between Salesforce and Navision. The setup now enables:
- Orders captured in Salesforce to flow automatically into Navision for fulfillment
- Stock and product data to sync continuously between systems
- Customer records to stay clean, up-to-date, and matched across platforms
The result is a Salesforce environment that’s deeply connected to reality. Salespeople get accurate stock and customer information. Finance doesn’t have to reprocess data. Operations sees orders instantly.
